| Scope: |
An interior renovation of existing office
and laboratories. Unique to this project was the phasing
of construction in order to allow the facility’s
day-to-day operations without interruption. KFS prepared
a temporary Laboratory space in an adjacent suite, which
allowed laboratory operations to continue as the phases
of construction were completed. Project included: a total
renovation of the layout for the facility’s Laboratory
operations; new Interior Offices and Conference room,
new employee Breakroom; and a complete renovation of the
facility’s existing Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. |
