Expansion and renovation of the existing
Showroom and Warehouse areas. Unique to this project was
building the new two-story structure over the top of the
existing, while allowing the store to continue operating
their day-to-day business without interruption. This included
the demolition and removal of the facility’s existing
building structure once the new building had been completed
above it. Project included: a new two-story Showroom with
an all-glass entry façade with an impressive exterior
entry canopy; custom cabinetry, custom display cabinetry
with custom aluminum canopies; new private Sales office
area with open structure ceiling; new a two-story Warehouse
area for vertical rack storage; new Conference room with
built-in cabinetry; new employee Breakroom; a new Installer’s
office; and some updating of the building’s existing
exterior.
